Energy Balance is the difference between calories consumed (what you eat and drink) and calories expended through daily activity. I'll create tailored meal plans and advise you on nutrition to help bring about a sustainable lifestyle changes.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND COACHING

Each week, you’ll submit a report on your progress, and I’ll review and send video feedback making adjustments to keep you on the right path. Membership includes access to me seven days a week.
