What is online coaching? 

It’s a service that allows me to coach anyone at any time, anywhere in the world. It’s completely flexible, making fitting into your busy lifestyle easy. 

It’s an educational service designed to simplify your journey to your goals by tailoring bespoke training and nutrition plans to fit your lifestyle.

How’s it different to 1:1 Personal Training? 

1:1 training will generally be a one-hour session once or twice a week. Typically, there’s no contact between the trainer and the client until the next session. No account of your lifestyle or nutrition is taken, and there’s zero accountability.

Online coaching offers seven days a week contact and support. All training plans and nutrition plans are included in one fixed monthly price.

Will it work for me? 

Yes, so long as you follow the PEAK-Fitness system. If you can follow the plan, I guarantee you will lose weight.

But if you don’t execute, it won’t work. You know that to be true. And at the end of the day, that’s down to you. It requires discipline and effort, but I’ll be on hand to motivate you and keep you accountable through my weekly video check-ins. I’m here for you seven days a week for messages, support and any adjustments we need to make along the way.

I have health issues. Does the system allow for that?

Absolutely! Most of my clients have injuries or health conditions/medications that must be considered. That’s why the PEAK Fitness System is unique and so powerful.

Everything is tailored to you. I uniquely prepare every fitness and diet plan based on my years of experience. 

What equipment do I need for online coaching?

It depends on you. All plans are based on your lifestyle. I can tailor programs for home workouts with outdoor exercise, gyms, or swims.

So you don’t need to buy any equipment. I’ll work with what you’ve got, so you’re good to go with the PEAK-Fitness system.

What’s the minimum commitment?

90 days. During my research, I came across scientific studies that revealed most people must perform a new activity for two months before it becomes a regular habit. My role is to break your fitness cycle and create sustainable lifestyle habits.

My years of experience show me that once clients reach 90 days, their fitness and eating habits are embedded and long-lasting.

What happens after 90 days?

Most of my clients are so happy with the results that they continue the subscription. They set new goals, love the accountability and community of like-minded people, and don’t want to return to their previous bad habits.

But it’s up to you. The minimum commitment is 90 days - you can cancel anytime if you want to fly solo.
